摘要:

肉牛产业是河北省畜牧业转型升级、农民增收致富的重要支柱产业,良种选育与群体遗传改良直接关系到产业发展水平。本研究从品种种类、种质资源构成和产业布局等方面,梳理了河北省肉牛种业发展基础,并结合良种繁育、技术应用与推广、政策与保障等方面,对全省肉牛遗传改良现状与阶段性成效进行了系统分析;在此基础上,结合4个典型案例,总结了在遗传改良实践中形成的可行经验。研究发现,河北省肉牛遗传改良工作目前仍存在若干制约因素:一是地方品种保护尚处于起步阶段,自主创新能力有限,现代生物育种技术也未能形成规模化应用支撑;二是良种繁育体系虽已搭建起基本框架,但整体运行效率不高,主体之间协同不足,基层改良积极性有待提高;三是育种目标与市场需求衔接不畅,针对高端牛肉生产及差异化市场需求的定向选育工作相对滞后。针对上述问题,本研究从加强种质资源保护与自主创新能力建设、完善良种繁育体系与协同支撑机制、以市场需求为导向推进产业融合与差异化发展等3个方面提出了对策建议,以期为河北省肉牛遗传改良工作的深入推进及肉牛产业转型升级提供参考。

Abstract:

The beef cattle industry is an important pillar industry for the transformation and upgrading of the livestock industry in Hebei Province and for the increase of farmers' income and prosperity. The selection and breeding of superior breeds as well as the improvement of population genetics directly affect the development level of this industry. This study examined the development foundation of the beef cattle breeding industry in Hebei Province, including the breed types, composition of germplasm resources, and industrial layout. It also analyzed the current status and phased achievements of beef cattle genetic improvement in the province in terms of purebred breeding, technology application and promotion, and policy support. Based on this, the study summarized the main practices and practical experience formed in beef cattle genetic improvement through an analysis of four typical cases. The research indicated that there are still several constraints in the genetic improvement work of beef cattle in Hebei Province. First, the conservation of local breeds was still in the early stages. There were deficiencies in independent innovation capabilities, and modern biotechnology breeding techniques had not yet been widely applied. Second, although the breeding system had basically taken shape, its overall operational efficiency remains low, collaboration among stakeholders is insufficient, and the enthusiasm for genetic improvement at the grassroots level needs to be further enhanced. Third, breeding objectives are not yet closely aligned with market demand, and targeted breeding for high-end beef production and differentiated market demand still lags behind. In response to these problems, this study proposed countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects: strengthening germplasm resource protection and independent innovation capacity building; improving the breeding system and collaborative support mechanisms; and promoting industry integration and differentiated development oriented to market demand. The above suggestions provided a reference to the further advancement of beef cattle genetic improvement work in Hebei Province and the transformation and upgrading of the beef cattle industry.
