Abstract

Abstract: The beef cattle industry in China started lately, and the beef cattle breeding industry is relatively backward. It is currently in a period of vigorous development. However, the development of the foreign beef cattle industry has a long history, and there are also various ways to promote high-quality beef cattle. This article firstly provides a detailed overview of the development history of the domestic and international beef cattle industry. As an important component of the beef cattle industry, the beef seed industry contributes over 40% to the beef cattle industry. The auction of beef cattle breeds was one of an important way of promoting good breeds. In order to provide reference for promoting the development of China's beef cattle breeds industry, we provided a detailed introduction to the factors that affect the auction prices of beef cattle breeds, and introduced the history of beef cattle auctions in different countries.
