摘要: 该文综述了不同种类的抗氧化剂对体外受精的影响和一些天然抗氧化剂之间发生的协同作用。抗氧化剂能减轻或预防卵母细胞产生氧化应激导致DNA受损、酶失活、脂质过氧化、蛋白质的氧化变化、卵子纺锤体形态和染色体排布异常等作用。

关键词: 抗氧化剂, 卵母细胞成熟, 活性氧, 影响

Abstract: This paper reviews the effects of different antioxidants on IVF and the synergistic effects of some natural antioxidants. Antioxidants can reduce or prevent the oxidative stress of oocytes resulting in DNA damage, enzyme inactivation, lipid peroxidation, oxidative changes of proteins, egg spindle morphology and abnormal chromosome arrangement.
