本地水牛深部输精技术的应用及效果观察

摘要: 为提高本地水牛的配种受胎率,对本地水牛深部输精最佳输精部位进行研究和探讨。将自然发情的水牛分为4组,每组发情母牛37头,分别在子宫颈内口、子宫体分岔、滤泡发育侧子宫角大弯、滤泡发育侧子宫角小弯处输精,观察各组水牛配种受胎情况,随机抽取50头试验受胎母牛,观察其犊牛断奶后2个月内母牛的发情、子宫感染和配种受胎情况。结果发现,子宫颈内口、子宫体分岔、滤泡发育侧子宫角大弯、滤泡发育侧子宫角小弯处情期受胎率分别为54.05%、45.94%、64.87%和75.67%,子宫角小弯处平均受胎率极显著高于其他三组(P<0.01);犊牛断奶60d时母牛发情率、配种受胎率分别为72%、75%;黏液涂片镜检白细胞<10的母牛有46头,占比92%;血细胞分析健康母牛47头,占比94%。可见,水牛深部输精最佳部位为滤泡发育侧子宫角大、小弯之间段,可显著提高本地水牛配种受胎率。

Abstract: In order to improve the breeding conception rate of local buffalo, the best insemination site for local buffalo deep insemination was studied and discussed. Buffaloes with natural estrus were divided into 4 groups, with 37 estrous cows in each group. Insemination was performed at the internal opening of the cervix, uterine body bifurcation, the greater curvature of the uterine horn on the follicular development side, and the lesser curvature of the uterine horn on the follicular development side. The mating and conception of buffaloes in each group were observed. Fifty experimental pregnant cows were randomly selected to observe the estrus, uterine infection, and mating and conception of cows within 2 months after weaning. The results showed that the conception rates of cervical internal opening, uterine body bifurcation, uterine horn greater curvature on the follicular development side, and uterine horn lesser curvature on the follicular development side were 54.05%, 45.94%, 64.87%, and 75.67%, respectively. The average conception rate of uterine horn lesser curvature was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P<0.01). The estrus rate and conception rate of calves at 60 days after weaning were 72% and 75%, respectively. There were 46 cows. with white blood cells <10 by microscopic examination of mucus smear, accounting for 92%; blood cell analysis of 47 healthy cows, accounting for 94%. It can be seen that the best part of buffalo deep insemination is between the large and small curvatures of the uterine horn on the follicular development side, which can significantly improve the conception rate of local buffalo breeding.
