摘要: 禽类输卵管的壳腺部和泄殖腔之间存在一种特殊的管状腺被称作贮精腺,能使禽类精子在输卵管内暂时存活的能力叫做贮精能力。在家禽生产中,高贮精能力的母禽可以降低人工授精的频率,减少对母禽的应激,减少种公禽的储备,节省人力劳动成本。该文主要从影响禽类贮精能力的直接因素、外界环境和遗传等方面对贮精能力的影响做以综述,以期为禽类贮精能力的提高研究提供思考。
