摘要： 为探究乙酰水杨酸对精子活力、质膜和顶体的保护作用。试验选取7只精子品质优良的绵羊作为采精对象。将精液稀释后分为空白对照组、A1组(20 mm/L)、A2组(50 mm/L)、A3组(100 mm/L),重复5次。用SCA软件检测精子活力、低渗肿胀试验检测精子的质膜完整性(Membrane integrity,MI);吉姆萨染色检测精子的顶体完整性(Acrosome integrity,AI)。结论50 mM的ASA有利于精子的常温保存。
