畜禽粪便中抗生素残留检测技术研究进展

摘要: 在动物饲养过程中大量使用抗生素,会导致畜禽粪便抗生素污染。本文对检测样品前处理、检测技术等方面进行综述。分析畜禽粪便中抗生素残留检测技术,以期为研究粪便中抗生素转移、降解规律、畜禽粪便利用提出新思路,并对今后的研究重点做出展望。
